About ERDO
ERDO supports people through these challenging times. In all we do, we seek to do good, following Christ's compassionate example, helping our neighbour in need. These global emergencies and situations of poverty are heartbreaking. But they are opportunities for us to share God's love by reaching out with compassion and care. Our reach goes all around the world - to over 35 countries. ERDO workers bring short-term relief of food, emergency shelter and clean water in times of crisis and natural disaster. We also help with long-term development in communities affected by severe poverty. Justice and mercy drive us. Christ's compassion guides us. Your support empowers us. Wherever there is poverty, hunger, disaster and injustice, ERDO is there, working with you to do good. Established in 1983 as the Emergency Relief and Overseas Development arm of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), ERDO has been reaching out to women, children and men around the world for over 25 years, helping them through crises of war, natural disaster and the hunger and thirst of poverty.
