ChildCARE Plus in Sri Lanka

ChildCARE Plus in Sri Lanka operates is in partnership with the Zion Church in the city of Jaffna.

Through a $41 monthly donation, a child can attend school, have access to nutritious food and healthcare and be spiritually nurtured by our on-the-ground ChildCARE Plus community representatives.

Prior Assistance in Sri Lanka

Crisis Response in Sri Lanka

Flooding in 2011 caused need in some of the communities where we are working.  We helped 300 of those families through food aid packets which helped replace food and cooking items they had lost.

In times of emergency, relief supplies can include things like:

• locally accessed and appropriate food relief
• child safety
• water
• shelter
• sanitation
• household needs
• livelihood protection

Food Assistance
